This part of our survey was completed by 60% of the participants. Our customers identified their expectations from an international forwarding and logistics agency. In accordance, we determined our performance on how successful we are in fulfilling those expectations.

3. SUGESSTIONS & COMPLAINTS
We had a chance to better understand the sugesstions and/or complaints of our customers and we have formalized them into the following goals:
- To have more often customer visit
- To increase the efficiency of informative mailing about the new development in the company
- To create alternative operation tools to satisfy the dynamic customer requirements
- To generate more flexible solutions without sacrificing the company systematic
We would like to highlight that, all remarks will be taken into great consideration and we will enhance our services accordingly.
