Required documentation from shipper

• Signed original invoice showing goods origin
• Packing List showing actual gross weight & dimensions
• ATR if applicable

Required information from Pan

• Pick-up address
• Contact Person (name + phone number)
• Goods registration (Dangerous or not)
• Incoterm
• Special or Regular pick-up

Information provided by Pan

Pre-Alert sent by fax / scann the day before landing in France including: Cargo Manifest, MAWB, HAWB, Invoice, ATR if any

Turkish Import

Required documentation from shipper

• Detailed invoice showing "Bill to" & "Ship to" details, Incoterm, detailed
• Packing List showing actual gross weight & dimensions
• ATR if applicable

Required information from Agent

• Pre-Alert to be sent by e-mail or fax 24 hours prior to flight ETA including:Cargo manifest,MAWB,HAWB,Invoice,ATR if any
• Delivery address
• Contact person (name + phone number)
• Incoterm
• Special or Regular delivery
